Our mission is to help people have peace of mind regarding their finances. This is accomplished by working closely with clients to establish an intentional, prudent financial plan based on their goals and dreams. We educate clients regarding how markets work according to academic principles and develop strategies to effectively and efficiently implement their plan. We then provide on-going educational opportunities to reinforce messages so investors stay disciplined and on track and accomplish their goals.
We believe that financial markets are efficient and will teach this concept as the basis of our investment philosophy. In addition, we incorporate other academic ideas including Modern Portfolio Theory and the Three Factor Model into portfolio design. As a result, we refrain from recommending any strategies that involve any variations of stock picking, market timing or reliance on past performance of an investment.
When investors understand what they are doing and why they are doing it, they have a better experience both in terms of the journey and the performance results, thereby leading to true peace of mind.
